Frequently asked questions
What happens after 30 days?
Nothing automatic. If you want to continue, you subscribe inside Trasso. Otherwise access is locked – your data is kept for another 30 days.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Trasso runs in the browser at your own address (e.g. your-company.trasso.de). Drivers download the «Trasso Driver» app.
Where is my data?
On a server in a data centre in Europe. Every company has its own separate database. All connections are encrypted.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Orders, invoices and bookings can be exported to Excel/CSV at any time.
How do I cancel?
In Trasso under Settings → Subscription → Manage payment. The subscription ends at the end of the paid month.
