Terms and conditions

for the online service Trasso · as of 1. November 2026 · The German version prevails.

1. Provider and scope

Trasso is operated by SSC Business Services LLC, 200 N Vineyard Blvd, Ste. A325-5172, Honolulu, HI 96817, USA (the «Provider»). These terms apply to all contracts with businesses (the «Customer») for the use of Trasso. Trasso is offered to businesses only, not to consumers.

2. Services

The Provider makes Trasso available as an online service at a dedicated address, with the features described on trasso.ch at the time the contract is concluded, together with the «Trasso Driver» app. Trasso is developed continuously; features may change as long as the agreed core (dispatch, orders, driver app, invoicing) is maintained. The Provider aims for high availability but does not guarantee a specific level unless agreed in writing.

3. Trial

After signing up, the Customer can test Trasso free of charge and without limits for 30 days. The trial ends automatically at no cost. A paid subscription only arises if the Customer expressly subscribes.

4. Prices and payment

The subscription costs CHF 450 per month and company (EUR 450 for customers in Germany and Austria), plus VAT where applicable, charged monthly in advance via Stripe. If subscribed during the trial, the first charge is made at the end of the trial. Price changes are announced at least 60 days in advance by e-mail; the Customer may then cancel with effect from the change. In case of late payment, access may be suspended after an unsuccessful reminder; the data is retained.

5. Term and cancellation

The subscription runs for an indefinite period and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the paid month (in Trasso under Settings → Subscription). After the end of the contract, the Customer can export their data for 30 days; the Provider then deletes it unless legally required to retain it.

6. Customer obligations

The Customer keeps login details confidential, grants access only to authorised persons and is responsible for the data it enters. It informs its employees, in particular drivers, about the processing of their data (e.g. location while on duty) and obtains any required consent. Trasso does not replace professional, tax or legal advice; suggested tax rates, deadlines and documents must be checked by the Customer.

7. Data and data protection

The data entered by the Customer belongs to the Customer. The Provider processes it solely to provide the services, as a processor acting on the Customer's instructions (Art. 9 Swiss FADP, Art. 28 GDPR). The data processing agreement forms part of these terms and is available signed on request. See also the privacy policy.

8. Liability

The Provider is liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law, in particular for indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of data and consequences of outages. Liability is in any case limited to the amounts paid by the Customer in the preceding twelve months.

9. Changes

The Provider may amend these terms with at least 30 days' notice by e-mail. If the Customer does not object within that period, the changes are deemed accepted; if it objects, either party may cancel with effect from the change.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

The laws of the State of Hawaii, USA, apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Honolulu, Hawaii, USA.
