Privacy policy

This policy explains how SSC Business Services LLC («we») processes personal data on trasso.ch, when you sign up and for the subscription. Companies using Trasso are responsible for the data they enter (orders, employees, locations); we process it only on their behalf. Driver app: privacy policy Trasso Driver (German).

2. Website

The server stores technically necessary data (IP address, time, page, browser) for at most 30 days for security and troubleshooting. We use no analytics or advertising cookies and no tracking. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google.

3. Sign-up and subscription

When you sign up, we process company name, desired address, country, name, e-mail, optionally phone and the password (stored only as a secure hash) to set up your Trasso, inform you about the trial and subscription and support you. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 9 days at the latest. Payments are handled by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland, and Stripe, Inc., USA) as an independent controller; we do not receive card numbers.

4. Processors and transfers abroad

• IONOS SE (Germany): servers and data centre in Europe, e-mail.
• Stripe: payments.
• Anthropic PBC (USA): only if a company uses AI order recognition; only uploaded order documents are transmitted.

Transfers to the USA rely on the EU standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified.

5. Retention

Customer data is kept for the duration of the contract and 30 days afterwards for export; accounting records as long as required by law (usually 10 years).

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection under the Swiss FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR. Contact datenschutz@trasso.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Security

All connections are encrypted. Every company has its own database with separate credentials. Passwords are stored only as a secure hash.
